Sperm retrieval rate 100% both female partners showed no difference overall per 64.8% pregnancy 46.9%. underwent cTESE, rates 75%, 18.2% 15.4% In 9 group, mTESE 55.6% (p=0.047, compared group). There complication occurred after extraction. CONCLUSIONS: Testicular safe results much better ART failure Furthermore, may be considered an effective choice optimize severe patients.
